About the Event
Join Focalpoint & Jimmi Hill: Raptor Aid CIO for an introductory evening looking at the identification and monitoring of British Birds of Prey.
During this evening you will be introduced to identifying the species of BoP that call Britain home, their life histories and species-specific behaviours that might help you identify them. Once you have a basic understanding of the species present and how to potentially identify them, we will discuss how to monitor species in the UK and the different methods used.
Jimmi has over 15 years of experience observing birds of prey, and this will also allow you to ask as many questions as you like. The overall aim of this evening is to introduce you to the amazing world of birds of prey and give you some basic skills to be able to identify and enjoy them.
