Dark Sky with Natural England

Join Natural England for a Star gazing evening with Astronomer Steve Szwakun and Team from the Shropshire Astronomical Society who will be setting up their telescopes for us at Whixall Moss. A great chance to learn more about the stars and planets.

The Event is free but the number of places is limited to 25.

Refreshments are available but people are welcome to bring along their own flask etc. There is ample Parking and Toilets are easily accessible. The Event is suitable for all ages and those with limited mobility or a Wheelchair user. Dogs are not allowed.

Attendees are welcome to bring along their own telescope and a Camping Chair or similar if they wish. If you bring a torch a red filter is recommended.
