Usability...
We have made a few changes to the website to make navigation easier and added a few more mice to the wheel to speed things up 😉🐭🐭🐭🐭
Equipment Hire...
We have for many years had an option for customers to hire optics but this was always an in store labour intensive process that was quiet frankly clunky 🙈 However we have streamlined the process and made it quick & easy choose and hire optics from as little as one week to as long as you like 👍 No forms to fill in just a simple normal checkout process and your good to go 👍
Podcasts...
We recently started testing podcast and these have proven popular and we will start adding more as time goes by 🙂
File Share..
This is a feature that allows members to download content in PDF format such as instruction manuals or new product flyers etc reducing the need for paper versions and helping to save the enviroment 👍 We will be adding resources as they become available.

Focalpoint Rewards..
We introduced Focalpoint Rewards in 2018 and we have now integrated Focalpoint Rewards in to members accounts 🙂 this allows members to accumulate points that can be redeemed against a future purchase, gifted or cashed in.😎 See images below for how this looks on a webpage & on mobile.

Photo Albums...
This feature allows you to showcase any images you may wish to share with other members and also allows you to make them available (if you wish) to be used on metchandise like mouse mats, mugs, phone cases etc, giving you a commission in each image used 👍
Many other small tweaks have been made to improve usability and functionality, and we hope you enjoy using the website, App and services we offer 🤞
